摘要
目的了解慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者自我管理状况和肾病专科移动医疗应用软件的需求,为CKD患者更好的自我管理提供有效途径。方法对合肥市主要三甲医院的肾内科病人进行问卷调查,内容主要包括CKD患者自我管理现状和对移动医疗软件的认知和需求。结果 CKD患者对肾脏病了解甚少,日常自我管理习惯不规律,效率低。了解并使用过CKD移动医疗软件的患者仅占8%,70.5%的人表示愿意使用,其中使用意愿与年龄和学历均有关(P<0.05)。在对CKD移动软件功能的期望中,咨询医生、预约挂号和健康提醒最受关注,并且患者希望通过CKD移动软件来提高自我管理效率。结论目前国内针对CKD患者的慢性病自我管理软件较少,一个有效的CKD移动医疗应用软件应主要包括健康教育、健康数据的获取和评估、病友交流等功能,并且软件内容应有科学性和实用性,结构具有可接受性。
Objective Understand the self-management situation of chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients and their needs of kidney specialist mobile medical applications. Provide an effective way for CKD patients to achieve better self-management.Methods A questionnaire survey was partly conducted on the Nephrology patients in 3rd level hospitals in Hefei city. The main contents included the self management status of CKD patients, their cognition and demand of mobile medical software.Results CKD patients have little understanding of kidney disease, whose daily self-management behaviors are not regular and in low efficiency. Patients of consciousness and use of CKD mobile medical software accounted for only 8%, 70.5% are willing to use, in which the expectations are related to age and educational level (P &lt;0.05). In expectations of CKD mobile software functions, patients are concentrating on consulting doctor, making an appointment and health reminding, and hoping to improve patient self-management efficiency by CKD mobile software.Conclusion At present, self-management software for patients with chronic kidney disease is rare in China, an effective mobile medical application should mainly has functions of health education, acquisition and evaluation of health data, patients communications, and software content should be scientific and practical, the structure is acceptable.
