This article introduces the practices and experiences of building up information platform to control data quality of general practitioner＇s Performance in Changning District. To ensure the veracity, reliability and mutual recognition of Performance data that related to the community hospitals and general practitioners＇ incomes, Changning District built up an information platform to control quality of Performance data with the application of personal information registing, indexes checking and data snapshots. It can be used to calculate the performance index automatically, scientifically and equitably.
