摘要
高渗透率分布式电源接入配电网后,传统配电网调度系统不满足对微电网的监控要求,使得大量分布式电源处于不可控状态,为了使分布式电源协调可控,微电网集群技术的研究很有必要性。本文首先描述了微电网集群的概念、结构及组成,研究了高渗透率接入情况下区域微电网集群运行特性与划分方法,设计了基于时空分布的微电网集群控制框架。
Distribution network with high permeability of distributed power plant will cause many problems, plenty of distributed power plant under the status which cannot be control, traditional network cannot achieve the goal which control the distributed power plant, in order to make the microgrids controllable and coordinate, it' s necessary to have research on the technology of microgrids cluster. These paper firstly briefly describe the conception, structure and constitution of microgrids cluster, discuss the synthetical operating characteristic access method and output characteristic of different kinds of clusters, have a design about the cluster control frame of microgrids which base on spatial and temporal distribution.
