摘要
基于处理非期望产出的SBM模型,测算了2005—2014年中国30个省份碳约束下的能源效率值及节能减排潜力,并与非碳约束下能源效率值进行对比分析。运用空间滞后模型SLM和空间误差模型SEM对能源效率的影响因素进行估计分析,深入研究技术创新对能源效率的影响机理。结果表明:引入非期望产出会明显降低中国区域能源效率的平均水平,而各省份能源效率存在显著的空间相关性;研究认为,空间计量模型对中国能源效率分布特征解释力较强,能源技术创新对能源效率的提升作用显著。
This paper estimated the energy efficiency value under the restriction of carbon of China's 30 provinces from 2005 to 2014, based on the undesirable output of SBM model, and then had a comparison analysis with non-carbon. The article used SLM and SEM to estimate the influence factors of energy efficiency and had a further study of technological innovation's influence on energy efficiency. The results show that the introduction of the undesirable output can obviously reduce the average level of regional energy efficiency in China, and there is significant spatial correlation in the energy efficiency in the provinces. Studies suggest that spatial econometric model's ex- planatory power in Chinese energy efficiency distribution is strong, the energy technology innovation to promote the efficiency of energy effect is remarkable.
