21世纪以来共产国际与中国苏维埃政权建设关系研究述评

A Review of Studies on the Relationship between the Communist International and the Establishment of the Soviet Regime in China in the 21 Century

进入21世纪以来,学界不仅对中共选择和放弃苏维埃政权模式的原因有了更加全面的理解,而且对共产国际在中国苏维埃政权建立过程中的积极作用和消极影响有了更加客观的评价和更加清醒的认识。同时,对中国苏维埃政权建设的经验教训有了更加深刻的回顾总结。然而,从总体上看,还存在微观研究相对薄弱、政权建设研究创新性成果不多、对地方苏维埃政权建设关注不够等不足。为此,需要进一步丰富研究范式和研究视角,关注相关具体制度研究,深化地方苏维埃政权研究。

Since entering the new century, the academic community not only has a more comprehensive understanding of the rea- sons why the Communist Party of China chose and gave up the Soviet regime, but has a more objective evaluation and a clearer sense of the positive and negative effects of the Communist International in establishing the Soviet regime in China, of which the experience and lessons learned have gained more profound reviews. However, in general, there are still many problems： micro research is relatively in- adequate ; innovative research achievements on the building of political authority are rare ; and the construction of local Soviet regimes is short of attention, etc. Therefore, we should expand the range of our research and change our perspectives, focus on the research of specific systems, and deepen the study of local Soviet authorities.
