摘要 目的研究探讨热休克蛋白27(heat shock protein 27,HSP27)在胃癌中的表达情况。方法选取经活检证实的慢性非萎缩性胃炎、胃溃疡、慢性萎缩性胃炎、胃癌病例共80例,用免疫组化法检测其HSP27的表达情况,分析HSP27在胃癌中的表达及意义。结果 HSP27在胃癌中的表达最强,阳性率为85%(17/20),明显高于在慢性非萎缩性胃炎、胃溃疡、慢性萎缩性胃炎中的表达,P值均<0.05,具有统计学差异;HSP27在胃癌中的表达率与肿瘤的分化程度有关。结论 HSP27的表达与胃癌的发生具有密切相关性。 Objective To observe and discuss about the Expression and significance of heat shock protein 27(HSP 27) in gastric carcinoma. Methods The expressions of HSP 27 were studied by immunohistochemical method in 80 gastric specimens including chronic non-atrophic gastritis,gastric ulcers,chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric carcinoma. Results The expression rate of HSP 27 in gastric carcinoma(85%) was higher than that in chronic non-atrophic gastritis,gastric ulcers,chronic atrophic gastritis,P〈0.05. HSP 27 expression was correlated with the differentiation of gastric carcinoma. Conclusion HSP27 may play an important role in the development of gastric carcinoma.
