摘要
针对发动机使用过程中在尾喷口发现金属片问题,通过理化成分分析,确定金属片为钛合金材料。根据金属片形貌特征及材料成分,分析判断为分流环加强筋一角掉块。进行了强度计算分析及危害性分析,经孔探仪检查,印证了前期分析判断的准确性,后续提高分流环加强筋焊接质量,避免再次发生类似故障。
In view of the question that metal sheet is found in nozzle in the process of engine usage, the material of metal sheet is de-termined as titanium alloy through physics and chemical analysis. According to the appearance characters and material composition, itis found out that the cause is due to the falling of block at the corner of reinforce rib of splitter. The strength calculation and hazardanalysis are also carried out, which verifies the accuracy of the earlier analysis through bore scope detection. Subsequently the weldingqualification of reinforce rib for splitter is enhanced to avoid the faults again.
