摘要
河北省自2008年相继成立大量的融资平台公司用于基础设施建设、公共服务等,然而存在诸多问题亟待解决,本文在分析河北省政府融资平台存在问题的基础之上,提出了改革河北省融资平台的发展建议以供借鉴。
Since 2008 a lot of financing platform companies have been established in Hebei Province for infrastructure construction,public service, etc. However, there are many problems to be solved. This paper, based on the analysis of the problems in Hebei gov-ernment financing platform, proposes suggestions on the development of the reform of investment and financing platform in HebeiProvince for reference.
