大学生社会主义核心价值观的培育与践行是一个系统工程,而系统化设计与实施的缺失会使高校各项工作的开展呈现碎片化、功利化和短视化。只有在社会主义核心价值观统领之下,处理好根本目标和具体目标、全局利益与局部利益、教育者和被教育者、管理者和教师之间的关系,对高校的各项工作进行系统化设计与实施,才能提高高校"铸魂"工程的实效性。

It is a systematic project to cultivate and perform the core socialist value for the college students. The lack of systematic de-sign and implementation will make the different college work fragmented, utihty oriented and near-sighted. Only under the leadershipof the core socialist value, correctly handle the relationship between fundamental objects and concrete objects, overall interests andpartial interests, educators and receivers, administrators and teachers, design and implement various work systematically, can we im-prove the timeliness of college Soul-Shaping work.
