摘要
加强理工类学生人文素质培育,是经济社会发展的需求,也是人的全面发展的要求,从根本上来说是社会主义现代化发展需要较高人文素质水平人才的要求。以地方理工院校为研究对象,通过对本校人文社科类与理工类学生的人文素质情况进行问卷调查,分析了理工类学生人文知识掌握较少、价值认知与实际追求不一致、审美能力与心理承受能力较差等现状,剖析了理工类院校人文素质教育培育的问题及原因,并在在此基础上从教育理念转变、校园文化建设、课程教学、教师引导等方面提出了具有针对性的对策。
Strengthening the humanistic quality cultivation of science and engineering students is the demand of the economic and social development, and is also the requirement of the all-round development of people. Basically, the socialist modernization development needs higher humanity quality level of talents. Putting the local polytechnic colleges and universities as the research object, the paper has conducted questionnaires on the university humanities social sciences and the humanities quality of science and engineering stu- dents, introducing the situation about their limited humanities knowledge, about the disagreement between their cognitive value and their actual pursuit, and about their poor aesthetic ability and psychological ability. In the papers, such problems and their causes are analyzed, and on the basis of the transition from education idea, the construction of campus culture, curriculum teaching, teachers guide targeted countermeasures are put forward.
