中草药提取物对广西麻鸡后备母鸡生产性能的影响

Effect of Chinese Herb PE on Production Performance of Guangxi Partridge Reserve Hens

为研究复方中草药提取物对广西麻鸡后备母鸡生产性能的影响,试验设计两组中草药提取物制剂,A组中草药组方按照原药材松针、仙人掌、辣蓼、白头翁、诃子、板蓝根、淡竹叶的重量配比24:20:12:15:12:10:10进行提取,B组中草药组方按照原药材党参、黄芪、当归、黄芩、栀子、淫羊藿、牛膝的重量配比22:17.5:10:12.5:10:8:8进行提取。试验随机选取1日龄的广西麻鸡9 000只为试验动物,进行为期120 d的饲养试验。试验鸡群随机分为3组,每组3个重复组,每个重复组1 000只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验A组和试验B组分别在基础饲粮中添加A组中草药提取物和B组中草药提取物各300 mg·kg^(-1)。结果表明,试验A组和试验B组在育雏期和育成期的体重、成活率、体重均匀度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。因此,中草药提取物能显著提高广西麻鸡后备母鸡的生产性能。

The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effect of Chinese herb PE on production performance of Guangxi partridge reserve hens. 9 000 Guangxi partridge hen chickens which were just out of shell were randomly assigned to 3 groups, each group had 3 repeat. Control group was provided with basic diet, while group A and B were fed with basic diets added to 300 rag, kg-~ different Chinese herb PE respectively for 120 days. The results showed that test groups were significant difference in comparing body weight, survival rate and evenness with control group （P〈 0.05）. The conclusion of the study was Chinese herb PE could improve production performance of Guangxi partridge reserve hens.
