老年心律失常与A型行为、心理健康及社会支持的相关分析

Correlation analysis between elder arrhythmia and type A behavior, mental health and social support

目的讨论老年心律失常与A型行为、心理健康及社会支持的相关性。方法选取123例老年心律失常患者和431例健康体检者，采用A型行为问卷、社会支持量表和症状自评量表进行问卷调查。结果心律失常组中A型行为占59．3％，正常组中A型行为占36．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；心律失常组A型行为类型评分高于正常组（P〈0．05）；其主观支持、客观支持、支持利用度、社会支持总分也高于正常组（P〈0．05）；心律失常组在强迫、人际关系敏感、焦虑、恐怖、敌对、精神病、偏执、躯体化等各因子的评分上均高于正常组（P〈0．05）。A型行为时间紧迫感、竞争和敌意、客观支持、忧郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、躯体化、偏执等因子与老年心律失常相关。结论A型行为、社会支持和心理健康对老年心律失常的发生和发展密切相关。

Objective To discuss the relationship between elderly arrhythmia and type A behavior, mental health and social support. Methods A total of 123 elderly patients with arrhythmia and 431 healthy subjects were selected and completed questionnaires using type A behavior questionnaire, social support scale survey and the self - assessment lists of symptom. Results Type A behaviors were 59.3% for the arrhythmia group and 36% for the normal group, which were statistically different （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The arrhythmia group showed higher scores of different subgroups of type A be- havior than normal group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of subjective support, objective support, utilization of support, the to- tal score of social support were higher than the normal group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The arrhythmia group produced higher scores of obsessive - compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, hostility, phobia, psychosis and paranoia, compared with the normal group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Elderly arrhythmia is associated with the sense of time limits, competition and hostility, ob- jective supports, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoia and other factors associated with arrhythmia. Conclusion Eld- erly arrhythmia is associated with type A behavior, social support and mental health.
