摘要
提供了一种绿色的、具有高表面增强拉曼活性(SERS)的银纳米球的溶剂热制备方法。在制备体系中,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为峰端剂,无水乙醇为溶剂和还原剂,所获得的银纳米球尺寸分布窄(20-40 nm),形貌均匀。作为SERS基底检测模型违禁药品(孔雀石绿)时表现出较高的活性,即使孔雀石绿的浓度低至10-12mol·L-1仍旧可以检出。
A method of solvent-thermal preparation for silver nanospheres with high Surface-enhanced Raman Scattering(SERS) is giv- en, in which polyvinylpyrrolidone is taken as the capping reagent, and ethanol as both solvent and reducer. The obtained silver nano- spheres have narrow size distribution and uniform shape. When they are used as SERS substrate to detect model illegal drugs ( malachite green oxalate), the obtained silver nanospheres show higher activity, and even the concentration of malachite green oxalate is as low as 10-12mol·L-1 , it could still be detected.
