Design and Practice of Application-oriented Talents Training Program in the Perspective of Deep Integration of “Production and Teaching”

经济发展新常态下,产业结构不断深化升级调整,社会经济对应用型人才需求结构发生了新变化,对地方本科高校应用型人才培养提出新要求。立足地方,培养地方经济发展急需的创新创业人才,是地方本科高校向应用型转型发展必经之路。作为地方应用型高水平大学为了实现深度转型,必须坚持"产教"融合,校企共同设计人才培养方案,在应用型人才培养上凸显"地方性""应用型""高水平"。

Under the new normal state of economic development, the industrial structure has been deepened and upgraded. New changestake place in the demand structure of the application-oriented talents, which puts forward new requirements for the training of applica-tion-oriented talents in local universities. It is the only way to transform to the application-oriented mode for local colleges and univer-sities to foster the innovation talents who are badly needed for local economic development. In order to realize the deep transformation, alocal applied university with high level must adhere to the integration of ＂production and teaching＂, design talents training programjointly by school and enterprise and highlight the ＂local nature＂, ＂applied feature＂ and ＂high level＂ in application-oriented talentscultivation.
