提升吉林省高等教育质量的策略研究

Research on Strategies of Improving Higher Education Quality in Jilin Province

高校承担着为社会输送人才的重要使命。2013年,吉林省政府提出建设"高教强省"目标,寄希望于通过提高教育质量真正建立起政府、高校和社会之间的新型关系,实现促进经济发展、加快产业升级的目的。为此,本文结合吉林省的具体情况提出从完善高校管理,财政投入,高校多元协同,高校综合改革,民办高校和高职高专扶持,统筹规划和评估六个方面的机制入手进行改革,从而为最终实现提升吉林省高等教育质量做出贡献。

Universities undertake the important mission of conveying talents for the society.In 2013, Jilin provincial government put for-ward the goal of ＂constructing a powerful province by means of higher education＂, hoping to establish a new relation among govern-ment, universities and society by improving the quality of high education and realize the aims of promoting the development of economyand accelerating the upgrade of industry. Therefore, based on the specific situation of Jilin Province, this paper gives suggestions on thereform from six aspects, including the improvement of university management, financial investment, multi-coordination, comprehensivereform, support for private colleges and vocational colleges as well as overall planning and evaluation, so as to make a contribution torealize the promotion of higher education quality in Jilin Province.
