基于图像特征值的直转播监测系统设计与实现

摘要 本文介绍了直转播监测业务的产生背景,并在此基础上,阐述了基于视频图像特征值比对技术原理,基于该技术提出了的直转播监测系统设计思路,并构建了一个基于图像特征值比对技术的电视节目直转播监测系统。从实际应用情况来看,该监测技术更先进,监测系统部署灵活性更高,大大提升了直转播监测的智能化程度,为广播电视直转播监测监管业务开展提供了强有力的支撑。 In this paper, we introduce the background of live-broadcast and rebroadcast monitoring services. A new monitoring method based on image characteristic is proposed. We also discuss how to construct a distributed server system to provide monitoring service for rebroadcasting and rebroadcasting. It improves broadcast monitoring technologies and is benefit to broadcasting coverage.
