摘要
柱塞式污泥泵送系统在国内的市政污泥输送领域已应用多年,并取得了良好的经济效益,但目前业界关于柱塞式污泥泵送技术的讨论甚少,尤其针对泵送系统的主液压泵选型的理论指导相对匮乏。根据多年的污泥储运工程应用经验,结合某工程实例,提出一种柱塞式污泥泵送系统的主泵选型计算方法并进行过程技术探讨,指出输送距离及输送排量与柱塞泵压力、功率、流量之间的关系。通过项目实际测试结果发现,计算值与现场监测值较好地保持一致,该方法可为脱水污泥等固废介质的柱塞泵送系统的主泵选型提供有效的理论依据。
Sludge plunger pumping systems have been successfully implemented for many years in the field of municipal sludge transportation, and received substantial economic benefits. However, discussions about sludge pumping technology are quite limited, especially about the selection of the hydraulic pump. Based on years of experiences in the field of sludge storage and transportation, in combination with engineering cases, a methodology to select hydraulic pump was presented and related technology was discussed, to find out relationships between the conveying distance, the discharge volume, the pumping pressure, the power and the hydraulic flow. Field test results showed high level of consistence between monitored data and calculated values. This study provided a reference for hydraulic pump selection in dewatered sludge pumping and other solid waste pumping applications.
