姜黄素抗动脉粥样硬化及其危险因素的作用与机制回顾 被引量:7

摘要 姜黄素是从植物姜黄中提取出的活性成分。现代医学证实,姜黄素具有降血糖、降血脂、抗炎症、抗氧化等药理特性,对许多疾病有预防和治疗作用。动脉粥样硬化是与炎症,氧化应激,代谢异常等相关的疾病。因此,本文通过姜黄素对动脉粥样硬化发生发展中的保护作用及机制作一综述,展望姜黄素治疗动脉粥样硬化的临床应用前景。 Curcumin is an effective compound extracted from the rhizome of Curcuma longa L.. The results of modern medical research have proved that curcumin has bulk of pharmacological properties, including lowering glucose and lipid in blood, anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation and anticancer, indicating that curcumin has preventive and therapeutic effect on numerous diseases. Atherosclerosis is a sort of disease related to inflammation,oxidative stress and metabolic disorder. This review is to summarize the protective effect and mechanism of curcumin in the development of atherosclerosis,and forecast the prospect of the clinical application of curcumin in treating atherosclerosis.
