信息物理融合技术在机床故障诊断系统的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 信息物理融合系统(Cyber-Physical System,CPS)是信息与物理系统的集成,嵌入式技术与计算机网络促成了两者的协作与融合.CPS研究起步晚,但应用广泛,其主要应用领域有:智慧城市、智能电网、医疗安全等.在对近年CPS相关研究热点调研的基础上,以系统建模方法、可靠性、安全性为切入点,将CPS技术引入机床故障诊断系统.提出CPS机床故障检测模型,对系统用到的邮箱机制、数据融合方法改进,最后实验验证该系统在算法改进效率、内部延迟等指标. Cyber-Physical Systems ( CPS ) is a new research area which integrates cyber and physical systems: embedded system and computer network encourage the fusion of these two parts. CPS has many applications in various areas including smart city, smart grid and medical safety. Based on recent CPS-related research focus, CPS has been introduced to machine fault detection area via the start points of modelling methodology, reliability and safety analysis. Specific CPS-based model of machine fault detection system has been proposed. Algorithms supporting this model, including mailbox mechanism, data fusion algorithm have been discussed and ameliora- ted. Finally, experiments have been taken to obtain indexes regarding efficiency and internal delay.
