摘要
大数据时代的到来对各行业的生产经营模式提出了挑战,广电网络客户关系管理也在随之变化。主要分析了当前广电网络客户关系管理现状和大数据对广电网络客户关系管理的影响,并对其现状提出了建议与对策,以推动广电的进一步发展。
With the continuous development of science and technology and rapid popularization of network,the number of network users is increasing. China is in the era of large data collecting,Radio and television network customer relationship management is also changing. This paper mainly analyzes the present situation of the customer relationship management and the influence of the big data on the broadcasting network,and puts forward some suggestions on the management of the customer relationship management in the large data era,in order to promote the further development of the broadcasting and TV.
