摘要 高速铁路自然灾害及异物侵限监测系统(以下简称"灾害监测系统")是风监测子系统、雨量监测子系统、雪深监测子系统、地震监测子系统、异物侵限监测子系统的集成系统,是架构于通信传输系统之上的信息采集监测系统。随着列车时速的提高和密度的加大,如何建立健全灾害监测系统,确保铁路运输安全变得越来越重要。文章针对高速铁路高安全性要求,明确了灾害监测系统路局中心的构成、设备配置;论述了现场监测点的布置、设备选型、安装方式和要求;总结了灾害监测系统的安全保障措施;探讨了现有问题的解决方案,以期为从事铁路防灾工程设计和建设的工作人员提供便捷和启发。 High-speed railway natural disaster and foreign object invasion monitoring system (hereinafter referred to as disaster monitoring system) is an integrated system of wind monitoring subsystem, rainfall monitoring subsystem, snow depth monitoring subsystem, earthquake monitoring subsystem and foreign object invasion monitoring subsystem, it is an information collection and monitoring system based on communication transmission system. With the increase of the train speed and the train density, how to establish and improve a disaster monitoring system, to ensure the safety of railway transportation is becoming more and more important. According to the high speed railway safety requirements, this paper studies the structure and equipment configuration of disaster monitoring system bureau centeris determined ; discusses the on-site monitoring points layout, equipment selection, installation andrequirements; summarizesthe safety precautions of the disaster monitoring system; analyzes the solution to the existing problems, in order to provide convenience and inspiration to the people who engages the railway disaster prevention project design and construction.
