为适应道岔快速发展需要,提高设计效率,提升道岔管理水平,道岔制造的数字化管理已经变的尤为重要。在道岔技术应用和管理现状下,通过CAXA PLM系统匹配的协同管理图文档、协同管理工作流、电子签名、红线标注、协同管理编码工具、工艺图表等一系列功能,可建立企业资料库、道岔产品结构树,建成统一的道岔产品研发技术管理平台。通过实施PLM管理软件,实现了对图纸、技术通知、定额表、发送表、技术条件、工作联系单、文件修改通知单、工艺文档等技术文档的数据集中管理和共享。实现了道岔设计数据、工艺数据与制造数据的统一管理;增强了从道岔营销、道岔设计、生产制造、到售后服务的产品及工程数据全生命周期管理。
