临床合理用药系统的开发与建立

Development and Establishment of a new system for rational clinical drug use

目的:建立合理用药分析系统,从药物作用机制的角度,对联合用药的合理性进行评价。方法:从Drugbank数据库中查询药品的相关信息,通过Visual Studio 2008建立Postgres药品属性数据库,应用VS软件建立临床合理用药分析系统。结果:建立的合理用药评价系统,共收录479种药品,5329条记录,12789个药品信息,并且该系统能够判断出药物组合在作用靶蛋白、代谢酶、载体、运载方式等方面是否存在不合理性。结论:该合理用药系统,操作简便,运行快速,判断准确,可为联合用药合理性的提供信息支持。

Objective：Establishing the rational drug usage analysis system is to evaluate the rationality of drug combination from the point of view of drug action mechanism. Methods：The clinical rational drug usage analysis system is established by VS software and it can query drug related information from the drugbank database（PostgreSQL） which is built by VS. Results：Having quote the drug information in drugbank database by the applying of VS software. The database contains 479 kinds of drug, 5329 records, 12789 pieces of drug information and this system can be applied to judge if the drug combination is reasonable in the role of target proteins, metabolic enzymes, carriers ,and the way of transport. Conclusion：The rational drug usage system is easy to operate, fast and accurate. It can provide information support for the rationality of drug combination.
