强制戒毒人员孤独感、应对方式和药物渴求的关系研究

The relationship between loneliness and drug caving of the addicts: the mediating effects of coping style

目的:探讨强制戒毒人员孤独感、应对方式和药物渴求之间的关系,初步构建并验证应对方式在孤独感和药物渴求之间的中介作用。方法:采用感情与社会孤独量表、简易应对方式问卷和海洛因渴求问卷对149名戒毒人员进行问卷调查。结果:戒毒人员积极应对方式与社会孤独、感情孤独和药物渴求呈显著负相关,社会孤独与感情孤独和药物渴求呈显著正相关。积极应对方式在感情孤独和药物渴求之间起部分中介作用,中介效应为22.19%;在社会孤独和渴求之间起完全中介的作用。结论:积极应对方式在戒毒人员孤独感和药物渴求之间存在中介效应,戒毒人员孤独感对药物渴求的影响部分通过应对方式的中介作用实现。

Objective：This study is to explore the relationship between loneliness, coping style and drug caving of the addicts, in which the mediating effects of the coping style was also examined. Methods：One hundred and forty-nine addicts by the Emotional and Social Loneliness Scale, Simpliifed Coping Style Questionnaire and Heroin Craving Questionnaire. Results：Positive coping style were signiifcantly and negatively correlated with emotional loneliness, social loneliness and drug caving;emotionaland social loneliness were signiifcantly and positively correlated with drug caving.Positive coping style played a partial intermediary role between the emotional loneliness and drug caving, and the mediating effect is 22.19%;and played a complete intermediary role between the social loneliness and drug caving. Conclusion：Loneliness of the addicts may exert its inlfuence on the drug caving partial y through the mediating role of the positive coping style.
