摘要
目的:通过对我院医嘱点评结果的汇总分析,了解我院的合理用药情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:随机抽取我院2016年1月-2016年10月各病区出院病历1000份,对合理用药情况进行统计、分析。结果:1000份病历中,用药不合理病历有319份,占31.9%。结论:我院尚存在不少不合理用药医嘱,临床药师应积极参与临床治疗,纠正不合理用药,进一步提高合理用药水平。
Objective： Through the summary analysis of the results of the review of the medical advice in our hospital, To investigate the rational use of drugs, and provide a basis for rational drug use in clinic. Methods：A total of 1000 medical records of discharged inpatients in the hospital from January 2016 to October 2016 were randomly selected and statistically analyzed for rationality of use of drugs in clinic. Results：Unreasonable medical advice was observed in 319 （31.9%） of the 1000 medical records. Conclusion：Unreasonable drug use still exists in the hospital ,Clinical pharmacists should actively participate in clinical treatment, to correct the irrational drug use, indicating that the level of rational drug use should be further improved.
