摘要
目的:通过比较不同配伍比例交泰丸对db/db 2型糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用,探讨交泰丸降糖作用的较佳配伍比例。方法:将db/db小鼠分为模型组、二甲双胍组、交泰丸10:1组、交泰丸10:3组和交泰丸10:6组,另取db/m小鼠为正常对照组。药物灌胃治疗5周,观察饮水量、摄食量以及体质量的变化,检测空腹血糖(FBG)、腹腔注射葡萄糖耐量(IPGTT)及胰岛素耐量(IPITT),血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)以及谷草转氨酶(AST)。结果:给药治疗5周后,各给药组小鼠体质量没有明显变化。饮水量仅交泰丸10:1组与二甲双胍组比较明显减少(P<0.05);与模型组比较,各给药组空腹血糖均明显降低(P<0.01),IPITT均有所改善;各给药组IPGTT较模型组改善,在IPGTT第15 min时只有交泰丸10:1组好于模型组(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,仅交泰丸10:1组TC、LDL显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:交泰丸10:1组的降糖效果稍好于交泰丸10:3组和交泰丸10:6组,黄连:肉桂=10:1或为交泰丸降糖作用的较佳配伍比例。
Objective:To explore the best compatibility proportion of Jiaotai Pill (coptis and cinnamon) on hypoglycemic effect by comparing the hypoglycemic effect of different compatibility proportion Jiaotai Pill on db/mice——model of type 2 diabetes.Methods:db / db mice were divided into model group,the 10 ∶ 1 Jiaotai Pill group,10∶3 Jiaotai Pill group,10∶6 Jiaotai Pill group and mefformin group,and db/m mice as normal controls.After drug lavage treatment 5 weeks,observed the changes in food intake and water intake,urine and body weight,FBG,IPGTI,IPITT,blood lipids (TG,TC,HDL,LDL),ALT,AST.Results:After administration of medicine for 5 weeks,there was no significant change in the body weight of each drug delivery group.Compared with the model group,only 10∶1 Jiaotai Pill group and metformin group showed reduction in water intake (P 〈 0.05);FBG of each treatment group was significantly lower (P 〈 0.01),IPITT of each treatment group was improved;each treatment group IPGTT was improved compared with the model group,in the first 15 minutes only 10∶1 Jiaotai Pill group was better than model group (P 〈 0.01).Compared with the model group,TC and LDL in 10 ∶ 1 Jiaotai Pill group were significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion:The hypoglycemic effect of 10 ∶ 1 Jiaotai Pill group was slightly better than that of 10∶6 group,10 ∶ 3 group,Coptis:Cinnamon =10 ∶ 1 of Jiaotai Pill maybe the better compatibility ratio of hypoglycemic effect.
