红藤煎剂对盆腔炎模型大鼠子宫内膜整合素αvβ3表达影响的实验研究

Experimental Study of Hongteng Decoction(红藤煎剂) on Endometrial Integrin αvβ3 Expression of Rats with Pelvic Inflammation

目的:探讨红藤煎剂对盆腔炎模型大鼠子宫内膜容受性的可能作用机制。方法:采用输卵管注射苯酚糊剂建立盆腔炎模型,实验随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、西药对照组(庆大霉素组)、中药对照组(康妇栓组)及红藤煎剂灌胃组、灌肠组,每组10只。各组给予相应处理30 d后,免疫组化检测盆腔炎模型大鼠子宫内膜腺上皮整合素αvβ3蛋白表达。结果:与模型组比较,各给药组均能明显增强子宫内膜整合素αVβ3蛋白的表达,统计学分析有显著性差异(P﹤0.05);其中红藤煎剂灌肠组与庆大霉素组、康妇消炎栓组比较亦有显著性差异(P﹤0.05),与正常对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:红藤煎剂能够提高盆腔炎模型大鼠子宫内膜整合素αVβ3蛋白的表达,从而改善妊娠结局。

Objective：To discuss the mechanism of Hongteng Decoction on endometrial receptivity of rats with pelvic inflammation.Methods：Models with pelvic inflammation were built by injecting phenol paste into rats＆#39; fallopian tubes,and experiment was divide into normal,model,western medicine control,Chinese medicine control and Hongteng Decoction intragastric or enema groups,each group with 10 rats.Every group was given the corresponding medicine or saline for 30 days,the integrin ovβ3 expression of endometrium was determined by immunohistochemistry method.Results：Compared with the model group,the level of the integrin ovβ3 expression in endometrium of all medication groups were enhanced significantly （P 〈 0.05）.The effect of Hongteng Decoction enema group was better than those of the two control groups （Gentamicin and Kangfu Xiaoyan Shuan） with a significant difference （P 〈 0.05） and that was close to the blank control group （P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion：Hongteng Decoction can increase the integrin αvβ3 expression in endometrium,and improve the clinical pregnancy rate.
