芒果苷镇咳、祛痰、平喘作用的实验研究

Experimental Studies on Antitussive,Expectorant and Antiasthmatic Effects of Mangiferin

目的:观察芒果苷的镇咳、祛痰及平喘作用。方法:采用小鼠二氧化硫引咳法和酚红祛痰法观察芒果苷的镇咳及祛痰作用,采用豚鼠离体肠平滑肌法观察其平喘作用。结果:芒果苷能明显延长二氧化硫引咳小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期,明显增加小鼠气管的酚红排出量,对组胺所致的豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌收缩有明显的抑制作用。结论:芒果苷具有较好的镇咳、祛痰及平喘作用。

Objective：To study the antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic.phamocodymamics of Mangiferin.Methods：The method of sulfur dioxide induced cough in intact animal moldel was used to investigate the antitussive effect,phenol red excretion test for expectorant effect and the contraction of ileum strips of guinea pig in isolated organ bath for antiasthmatic effect.Results：It was showed in the experimental results that the Mangiferin could remarkably prolong the latent period of cough and decrease the frequency of cough induced by sulfur dioxide in mice.It could also increase phenol red output of trachea in mice and inhibit the histamine induced contraction of isolated ileum smooth muscle.Conclusion：Mangiferin has better antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic effects.
