摘要
目的:建立中药复方NZ制剂中黄芩苷的薄层鉴别和含量测定方法。方法:采用TLC对组方中黄芩苷进行定性鉴别,同时利用HPLC对其进行含量测定。结果:薄层色谱斑点分离效果较好(R_f=0.35),斑点显色清晰且无干扰、重复性好;黄芩苷在0.313 5~1.567 4μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,本批次中药复方NZ制剂中黄芩苷含量为10.90mg·g^(-1)。结论:该方法可用于复方NZ制剂中黄芩苷的定性鉴别和含量测定。
Objective：To establish the methods for TLC identification and content determination of baicalin in NZ compound preparations. Methods：Baicalin in NZ compound preparations was identified by TLC, and the content of baicalin was detected by HPLC. Results： The re- sults indicated that the bands in the TLC were clear withoutinterference （Rf=0.35）. Baicalinin the NZ compound preparations curve showed good linearity in the range of 0. 313 488~ 1. 567 44μg · mL^-1. The content of baicalin in this batch is 10.90mg · g^-. Conclusion： This qualitative and quantitative method can be used for the quality control of NZ compound preparations.
