Chronic atrophic gastritis is one of the common and serious diseases, western medicine has its limit in research and thera py, traditional Chinese medicine masters characteristic and effective therapies to cure it. The most common and clinical type of this disease is weakness in the spleen stomach,so the author expounds the disease in detail in this paper from the name,etiology and path- ogenesis,general situation of Integrative medicine , and research progress.
