高职院校勤工助学贫困生主观幸福感研究

Subjective Well-being Research on Poverty-stricken Higher Vocational College Students in Work-study Program

主观幸福感是反映个体心理健康的一个重要心理指标。贫困生作为高校特殊的群体,其心理健康问题越来越受到关注。为探讨勤工助学措施对贫困生主观幸福感的影响,采用幸福感指数量表、助人任务测量、社会支持评定量表、自尊量表对杭州市250名高职学生进行研究,结果发现:有勤工助学经历的贫困生主观幸福感要显著高于非贫困生,表明勤工助学不仅在一定程度上减轻了贫困生的经济负担,还对其心理健康的发展有所助益。

Subjective Well - being （SWB） is an important psychological indicator of individual mental health. As the particular group, poverty - stricken students mental health receives the widespread attention more and more. In order o study the effects of work - study program exposure on SWB in poverty - stricken higher vocational college students. This study investigating 250 Hangzhou＇s higher vocational college students by Campbell Index of Well - being, SES, SSRS and helping task. The result showed that the SWB of poverty - stricken students which in the work - study program is significantly higher than the control group, videlicet, taking part in the work - study program not only reduce their financial burden, but also conducive to mental health.
