摘要
高校班级文化的建设能够促进学生积极参与各类活动,提升自身的知识素养,有助于学生培养综合素质。本文首先分析了班级文化的内涵与班级文化建设的作用,在此基础上从学生的团队素质、专业素质以及思想政治素质几个方面阐述了基于班级文化建设的学生素质提升策略。
The construction of college class culture can promote students to actively participate in various activities, enhance their knowledge literacy, and help students to cultivate their overall quality. This paper first analyzes the connotation of class culture and the role of class culture construction. On this basis, the strategy of student quality promotion based on class culture construction is expounded from the aspects of team quality.
