为满足人民群众基本的学习需求,从上世纪80年代开始我国就广泛开展起社区教育。社区教育旨在为人民群众创造良好的文化交流与学习的环境,实现教育与区域文化的密切结合,基于区域文化的社区教育已经具备实现与群众文化活动、区域人文环境和商业性文化活动的相融合的条件和机遇。以基于区域文化的社区教育课程建设为课题进行研究,详细介绍以区域文化为背景的社区教育课程建设思路和措施。

In order to meet people~ basic needs of learning, from the last century, China began in 80s to carry out a wide range of community education. Community education aims to create cultural exchanges and learn good for people＇s environment, closely combined with the implementation of education and culture, community education has achieved regional culture and mass culture based on the integration of regional conditions and opportunities of business environment and human cultural activities.
