语用学理论的发展对大学英语课堂教学的启示

The Development of Pragmatics Theory and its Implications for College English Classroom Teaching

基于对语用学涵义、诞生历程以及国内外研究进展的综合分析,提出语用学理论对大学英语课堂教学的五个启示:树立语用意识,转变教学理念;运用语用理论,创新教学模式;注重情感交流,培养交际能力;利用语码转换,提升教学效果;强化语用研究,促进教师发展。建议英语教师关注语用理论的发展,加强课堂话语研究,优化课堂言语行为,促进自身专业发展。

Based on the connotation of pragmatics and its birth process, and the comprehensive analysis of the pragmatics research and development status at home and abroad, this paper puts forward that five implications of pragmatic theory to college English classroom teaching： establishing pragmatic awareness to change the teaching idea, using pragmatic theory to innovate in teaching model, paying attention to emotional communication to cultivate students＂ ability of communication, applying code - switching to enhance the teaching effect, and strengthening pragmatics research to promote teachers＇professional development. It is suggested that English teachers should pay more attention to the development of pragmatic theories, to strengthen the study of classroom utterance, to optimize classroom speech act, and to promote their professional development.
