创新型人才英语应用能力需求调查和分析

摘要 创新型人才是知识经济时代发展的关键资源,而人才的英语应用能力是企业融入国际市场的必备素质。本文以泰州学院16级非英语专业本科生和参与16年冬季高校毕业生招聘会泰州分会场的企业为调查对象,以问卷形式调查分析了企业对于创新型人才英语应用能力的需求以及影响学生英语应用能力的因素,并提出措施和建议,以期能够提升人才的创新能力和英语应用能力。 Innovative talents are the key resources in the development of the knowledge economy era. The English application abilities of talents are the indispensable qualities for enterprises to integrate into the international market. Based on the questionnaire survey, the paper analyzes the enterprises' demand for innovation abilities and English application abilities, and the factors influencing the students'English proficiency in Taizhou University, trying to find ways to enhance the application abilities of innovative talents in English.
