经典是指在某一领域具有典范性意义的作品。经典及经典阅读是随着时代的变化而动态发展的。文章综合论述了中外对于经典的界定及其影响因素,并结合时代背景,梳理了改革开放以来经典阅读变迁的三个阶段,分析了其背后的深层次原因,提出了经典阅读在互联网时代遇到的挑战和新机遇,以求探索经典阅读在新时期的传承之道。

Classics are the great works which have significant meanings in a certain field. Classics and the classic reading are ever - changing with the time. Combining with the social background, this paper comprehensively discusses the definition and influential factors of Chinese and foreign classics, reviews the three stages of classic reading transition since China＇s reform and opening up, analyzes the deep reasons behind them, and presents the challenges and new opportunities of classic reading in the internet age, in order to explore the strategies to promote the classic reading in the new era. 13 refs.
