20th Anniversary of Russian Library Association

俄罗斯图书馆协会正式成立于1995年,20年中带领俄罗斯图书馆界成功地克服了俄罗斯新历史时期的诸多困难,将图书馆及相关领域的服务、活动等纳入了规范性标准、规划、法规及法律制度的调整、保障范围内,共召开的20次年会是一幅展示和反映俄罗斯图书馆事业与协会发展的宏观画卷。文章仅以对俄罗斯图书馆协会的创建、发展及20次年会进行介绍、梳理,"管窥"俄罗斯图书馆领域随时代变化而发生的不断变革,为全面地了解、认识和研究俄罗斯图书馆事业及其图书馆协会提供有益参考。

Russian Library Association （RLA）was established in 1995 as a federal professional library organization in response to the social reality of Russia at that time. During the 20 years after establishment, it led Russian libraries to overcome all the troubles in the new historical period successfully and integrated libraries and relevant services and events into the adjustment and insurance coverage of normal standards, plans, rules and legal systems, contributed greatly to the development of the librarianship in Russia. Its achieve- ments are generally shown in the results of the 20 congresses, so combing and introducing the establishment, development and the 20 congresses of the association will help to understand, perceive and research Russian libraries. 14 refs.
