Construction of Free Index Certification Printing System: Taking Library of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology for Example

为了提高图书馆查收工作的效率,文章优化了工作流程,将查收的主要角色更多地分配给用户,并构建了一个免费的收录认证打印系统。系统使用机构知识库实现一次认证、多次使用,应用二维码技术实现在线认证。系统实现了查收工作的可定制并且无需等待。文章最后给出收录认证报告的原型。

In order to improve the efficiency of the library index certification work, this paper optimizes the workflow, assigns more roles to users and constructs a free index certification printing system. The system uses institutional repository to aehieve repeated use with a certification, and applies QR code technology for online authentication. The system makes the work customizable and without waiting. The article gives the prototype of index certification report in the end. 13 refs.
