Construction and application of We Chat platform for maternal health promotion service among floating pregnant women

目的介绍南京市玄武区妇幼保健所开展的基于微信平台的流动人口孕产妇保健推送服务,探讨孕产妇管理的新思路、新模式及孕产保健技术与信息化技术结合的创新应用。方法依托智能手机、计算机、互联网等现代信息技术,构建流动人口孕产妇保健推送服务的微信管理平台,集成手机短信、微信互动、邮件接收、上网浏览等多种方式,为服务对象提供便捷、准确、个体化的孕产妇保健信息。结果流动人口孕产妇保健推送服务的微信平台构建及应用,探索了保健提供者和接收者双方参与、双向互动、自动推送、定制推送、主动灵活的多元化保健服务的新模式。结论通过微信平台实现流动人口孕产妇保健推送服务是信息化技术和保健管理的创新结合,提升了服务效率,提高了保健质量。这一模式的构想还可在基层卫生保健的其他领域如妇女两癌筛查、居民健康档案建立、流动儿童管理进行推广应用,居民可在辖区内享受到更多政策性公共卫生服务,具有广阔的应用前景。

Objective To introduce maternal health promotion service among floating pregnant women based on We Chat platform in Maternal and Child Health Care Institute of Xuanwu District in Nanjing,explore new ideas,new patterns for maternal management and innovative application of maternal health care technology combined with information technology.Methods Based on smart phones,computers and the internet,We Chat platform for maternal health promotion service among floating pregnant women was constructed,convenient,accurate and individualized maternal health care information was provided by sending short messages and e-mails,internet-surfing and other modes.Results Construction and application of We Chat platform for maternal health promotion service among floating pregnant women explored new model of two-way participation,two-way interaction,automatically promotion,customized promotion,flexible and proactive diversified health care services between health care providers and recipients.Conclusion Innovative combination between information technology and health care management of maternal health promotion service among floating pregnant women based on We Chat platform improves service efficiency and quality of health care,which can be promoted and applied in two-cancer screening,establishment of resident health records,management of floating children and other fields of primary health care,more policies of public health service can be provided to the residents,the application prospect is broad.
