趋化因子Chemerin及其受体CMKLR1与早期胚胎停育的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨趋化因子Chemerin及类趋化因子受体-1(CMKLR1)与早期胚胎停育的关系。方法选择2014年11月-2015年3月于该院行清宫术的40例患者为研究对象,其中早期胚胎停育妇女为流产组(20例),早期正常妊娠妇女为对照组(20例)。分别收集两组孕6~10周的蜕膜组织,检测Chemerin及CMKLR1的表达情况。结果早期胚胎停育妇女蜕膜组织中Chemerin的表达水平明显低于对照组,而其受体CMKLR1的表达水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Chemerin及其受体CMKLR1在早期妊娠维持过程中具有重要作用。 Objective To explore the relationships between chemerin,chemokine receptor-like 1(CMKLR1) and early embryo damage.Methods Forty patients undergoing complete curettage of uterine cavity in the hospital from November 2014 to March 2015 were selected as research object,then they were divided into abortion group(including 20 patients with early embryo damage) and control group(including 20 normal early pregnant women).The decidual tissue samples were collected in the two groups during 6-10 gestational weeks.The expressions of chemerin and CMKLR1 were detected.Results The expression level of chemerin in abortion group was significantly lower than that in control group,while the expression level of CMKLR1 was significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Chemerin and CMKLR1 play important roles in maintaining early pregnancy.
