摘要 研制的紫外光固化低折射率光纤涂料由特定结构的含氟聚硅氧烷、光引发剂及助剂等组成,其固化速率≤0.3 s,固化后的折射率≤1.39,杨氏模量3.0~4.0 MPa,剥离强度5~8 N。采用该涂料涂装的双包层掺镱光纤的传输衰减≤6 dB/km,数值孔径≥0.42,可在-40~80℃温度范围内长期稳定使用。 The UV-curable low refractive index optical fibers coating consist of especial fluorinated poly siloxane, pbotoinitiators and additives. The curing time is less than 0.3 s, the refractive index of cured film is less than 1.39, the young modulus is 3.0 - 4.0 MPa, the peel strength is 5-8 N. The transmission loss of the coated Yb-doped double cladding fiber is less than 6 dB/km and the numerical aperture is more than 0.42. The fiber can be life-time serviced in the temperature range of -40 - 80 ℃.
