对戒毒人员中医体质分类的评估观察

Evaluated for constitution of drug abusers' Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)

目的:对戒毒人员中医体质分类的评估观察,探讨戒毒者中医体质与生命质量之间的关系,为戒毒人员的生理心理干预提供一定的参考。方法:对成都强制隔离戒毒所两百名男性戒毒者进行中医体质量表、戒毒者生命质量测定的量表的评定。结果:(1)戒毒人员中医体质除平和质外,以偏颇质为主,以气虚质、湿热质的人最多。(2)生命质量较健康人水平低,躯体功能和心理功能得分较低。(3)戒毒者生命质量情况与阴虚质、气虚质、湿热质呈显著负相关,与平和质呈显著正相关。结论:戒毒人员中医体质主要为气虚质、湿热质,不同中医体质影响着戒毒者的生命质量,躯体功能和心理功能是影响戒毒者生命质量的关键因素。

Objective： Evaluated for constitution of drug abusers＇ Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） to explore the relationship between drug abusers＇ Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） and Quality Of Life（QOL）. Methods： Using random sampling method, Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and Quality Of Life（QOL） in two hundred male drug abusers from the Chengdu compulsory isolation detoxification. Results： ① The traditional Chinese medicine physical type matter, Qi deficiency, damp_heat, most of people. ② drug abusers＇ quality of life was lower than that of healthy people, and the scores of physical function and mental function were lower. ③ drug abusers＇ quality of life was negatively with Yin asthenia, Qi asthenia, Damp-heat; positively correlated with Yin-yang harmony. Conclusion： The traditional Chinese medicine physical type matter, Qi deficiency, damp_heat, most of people. Different traditional Chinese medicine affect the quality of life, physical function and psychological are the key factors influencing the quality of life of drug abusers.
