摘要
以西瓜汁作为还原剂合成了稳定的银纳米颗粒(AgNPs),方法简单、高效且廉价.与传统方法制备的AgNPs相比,本法制备的AgNPs具有更高的稳定性,且合成条件温和、快速.此外,该AgNPs可用于维生素C的快速分析.当AgNPs与维生素C混合后,反应液即呈现出深黄色.在维生素C浓度为0.1~100μmol/L的范围内,AgNPs吸光度值与维生素C的含量呈现良好的线性关系,理论检测限达到0.079μmol/L.该法可应用于片剂中维生素C的检测,方法准确可靠.
In this work,watermelon juice was used as the reductant to prepare stable silver nanoparticles(AgNPs),which is very simple,effective and inexpensive.Compared with the traditionally synthetic method of AgNPs,the mild and fast synthesis could produce more stable AgNPs.Moreover,the stable AgNPs are applicable to the specific and rapid analysis of vitamin C.The solution presents a deep yellow color shortly when the as-prepared AgNPs was mixed with AgNO_3 and vitamin C.The absorbance of AgNPs at 435 nm is found linearly to be dependent on the vitamin C concentrations in the range of 0.1-100 umol/L with a detection limit of 0.079 umol/L.This simple and reliable method has been successfully applied to detect vitamin C in tablets.
