摘要
以KH-570为改性剂探讨了对电气石粉体的表面改性效果,以接触角及其在液体石蜡中的浊度为参数对改性工艺条件进行优化。试验结果表明,在p H值为4的乙醇水溶剂中,KH-570改性剂占电气石的10%,70℃下反应60min,改性产物显示了较好的疏水性能。采用XRD、SEM、DTA等手段对改性电气石的结构与形貌进行了表征,分析结果表明,在电气石表面成功引入了有机链,有效地改进了电气石粉的分散性能,但没有影响电气石的晶体结构。
The surface organic modification of tourmaline was studied with modifier of KH-570, and the reaction conditions were optimized with the parameters of contact angle and turbidity in liquid paraffin of modified tourmaline. The experimental results showed that the modified tourmaline had a well hydrophobicity when 10% KH-570 of tourmaline reacted 60min at 70 ℃ in solution of ethanol and water (ratio 3:1) with pH 4. The structure and morphology of modified tourmaline was characterized by means of XRD, SEM and DTA analysis. The results indicated that the organic chain was introduced onto the surface of tourmaline and its dispersity was improved obviously, but the crystal structure of tourmaline was no altered.
