摘要
介绍了敞开式环型焙烧炉的热工测试过程。研究了焙烧炉热工参数和工艺参数的测试方法。着重分析了重油流量、火道燃烧产物浓度分布与加热区填充焦损耗质量等热工参数的测量方法。为阳极焙烧炉的热工测试提供了具体的实践指导,为焙烧炉的热平衡计算提供了可靠的依据。
The thermal testing process of opening anode baking furnace is introduced in this paper, and the testing method of thermal parameters and process parameters are studied. The flow rate of heavy oil, the concentration distribution of combustion products in flues and the quality loss of packing coke in heating area are mainly analyzed. The practical instruction for the thermal testing of anode baking furnace and theoretical basis for the heat balance calculation of the baking furnace are provided.
