摘要
利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、万能试验机和导电仪等分析测试了添加不同混合稀土含量的8030铝合金的显微组织和性能。结果表明,微量稀土的加入能够细化8030铝合金组织。随着混合稀土含量增加,8030铝合金的电导率先上升后下降,抗拉强度上升。
Microstructure and properties of 8030 aluminum alloy with different addition amount of rare earth were analyzed by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, universal testing machine and electric conductivity meter. The results showed that the addition of trace rare elements could refine the grain size. With the increasing of the content of the rare earth, the conductivity of the alloy increased first and then decreased, and the tensile strength increased.
