摘要
化石燃料资源短缺和环境污染的日益加剧使可再生能源越来越受到重视。风机发电机组运行条件复杂,为了保障风力发电机组的平稳运行,对其进行状态检测和故障诊断显得非常重要。重点研究了基于核主元分析方法的风机齿轮箱点蚀故障诊断,实验结果表明该诊断系统能够正确诊断故障位置,能够为风机安全运行提供有利保障。
Renewable clean energy is used to replace fossil fuels to solve environmental problems.In order to guarantee the safe operation of the wind turbine generator set,it is very important to carry on the condition inspection and the fault diagnosis to the wind turbine generating set.This paper focuses on the pitting failure fault diagnosis of fan gearbox based on KPCA.The verification of the fault diagnosis system is tested.
