基于IPM的无刷直流电机驱动器电路设计与实现

Design of Circuit for Brushless DC Motor Controller Based on IPM

以Freescale无刷直流电机专用控制芯片KV1x系列MCU为核心,使用智能功率模块作为无刷直流电机驱动,设计并实现了一款适用于多自由度机器人控制的无刷直流电机驱动控制器电路,使用Freemaster调试工具对控制器进行基本功能测试。实验表明,该控制器能够驱动无刷直流电机稳定地工作。

Taking the KV1 x series MCU of the BLDC motor dedicated control chip of Freescale as the control core and the IPM as the driver,this paper designs and achieve circuit of brushless DC motor controller for multi-DOF robot control.Use the Freemaster debug tool to perform a basic functional test of the controller.
