摘要
以单相并联有源电力滤波器(Active Power Filter,简称APF)为研究对象,建立仿真模型,基于仿真模型,对APF在工程应用的关键问题进行定性的讨论。APF系统启动时,交直流侧存在过大电压差,使直流侧电压产生较大的超调,引起过大的冲击电流,采用3个不同的阶段对直流侧电压进行软启动,以及对系统硬件设计所常用的IPM(Intelligent Power Module)的外设及硬件保护进行了设计讨论。所探讨问题都可以类推到实际工程常用的三相四桥臂和电容中点式等拓扑中,具有通用性。
In this paper,three different stages of DC side voltage soft start-up are used,and discuss the system hardware design of peripherals and protection about IPM which is the commonly used.Finally,the experimental platform of the singlephase APF is designed,which proves the feasibility and practicability.The issues above discussed can be applied to the practical engineering of three-phase four bridge arm and the capacitance midpoint topology,which have universal property.
