摘要
在GB 5413.37-2010第二法的基础上,建立一种免疫亲和柱净化-高效液相色谱紫外法检测生鲜乳中AFM_1的含量,更加符合多数乳品企业只具备紫外检测器的应用实际。其检出时间为6.825min,比GB5413.37-2010第二法缩短了1.175~2.175min,平均回收率为90.6%~98.3%,相对标准偏差为2.97%~5.12%,检出限为0.1μg/kg,均满足分析要求。结果表明本方法具有较高的准确度、精密度和灵敏度,是一种值得推广的检测方法。
On the basis of second method of GB 5413.37-2010, a detection method of AFM~ in flesh milk- immunoaffinity column purification and HPLC-UV detection method was established, which was more in line with the fact that majority of dairy enterprises only had the application of UV detector. The detection time was 6.825min which was 1.175-2.175min shorter than the second method of GB 5413.37-2010, and the average recovery rate was 90.6%-98.3%, and the relative standard deviation was 2.97%-5.12%, and the detection limit was 0.1g/kg, and all of these met the analytical requirements. The results show that the method is of high accuracy, precision and sensitivity, and so it is worth promoting.
